We are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to join our small marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence across all social platforms. You will create compelling content, engage with our audience, and report on performance metrics, ensuring our social media strategy aligns with overall marketing goals. Your focus will be on collaborating with our streamers, leading content creation and production, and staying ahead of social media trends while ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
This is a dynamic, junior-mid-level role where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online persona and creating captivating stories for our audience.
+ We believe that we need someone who;
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role, preferably in the iGaming space.
- A strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and their features.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva (or similar); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment with focus on speed and problem solving.
- Works and manages time in a structured and efficient manner.
- Has excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, willing to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with the world of streaming i.e. Twitch, Kick, streamer economy, pop culture, TikTok trends, influencer marketing or community building.
+ What will you do;
- Take ownership of our social media accounts, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, and other video-first platforms.
- Collaborate with our streamers to ideate, script, and produce high-quality short-form video content.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Lead the creation and production of content that is on-trend and aligned with our brand identity, leveraging TikTok trends and best practices.
- Shoot, edit, and post engaging videos, reels, and other social-first content.
- Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting calendar across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and foster a strong online community.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry standards.
- Occasionally travel to industry conferences and shows to capture on-the-ground content and create live updates.
