We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team at Livespins, dedicated to sourcing and nurturing the best streamers and moderators. As part of our Recruitment team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our talent landscape, understanding the nuances of the streaming market, and ensuring our roster is as dynamic as our content.
+ We believe that we need someone who;
- Has a minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition experience within the iGaming space (knowledge or network of streamers is a distinct advantage!)
- Demonstrates proficiency in recruiting across various levels
- Possesses experience in managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors
- Is adept at utilizing sourcing tools and technology to identify top-tier talent
- Excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can meet deadlines with ease
+ What will you do;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy for streamers and moderators
- Enhance the candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns aligned with company objectives and compliance standards
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to address talent acquisition needs across the streamer market
- Elevate recruitment efforts on social media channels, search engines, and recruitment platforms
- Partner with the employer branding team to amplify recruitment-focused campaigns
- Establish clear communication channels internally to streamline the talent acquisition process
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and control related to talent acquisition activities
- Provide support in sourcing, identifying, and assessing potential candidates
- Elevate Livespins’ reputation as an employer of choice across all channels
